    Description

    This listing is a 2 oz jar of Washington Alloy Type B Back-up Flux.
    Manufacturer's Description:
    For use on Stainless Steel, low nickle alloys, high Chrome, and Ferrous alloys.  Prevents oxide inclusion formation, protects backside of weld from oxidation, supports the molten metal and reduces burn-through.  Can be used in place of back-up bars, gas purging, back-up tape and other brands of back-up fluxes.  Also used where other methods of back-up are impractical.
    Meets Military Spec Mil-F-7516B, class 2 & 4
    Active Temperature Range - 2,000 degrees F to 2,900 Degrees F.
