    Description

    CNC machined aluminum housing. Low inertia timing belt pulleys. Compact design for ease of installation. Integrated Nema 23 mount is tension adjustable. Ballnut is preloaded.
    This unit is ideal for CNC routers, laser and plasma cutters to increase feed rates without introducing vibration into the machine frame. Robust M6 mounting holes on opposing surfaces for both L and R orientation.

    The basic principle of installation is that you clamp both ends of the balls crew to the machine frame. The rotary assy w/drive motor is then mounted to the moving plate of said axis. Up to 5ft travel is possible.

    . For best results closed loop steppers are recommended. If open loop steppers are used recommended minimum rated holding torque is 570 oz/in. We supply both types. Contact us for a special listing if needed.
