From either the late 1980's or early 90's this is a Premier 6.5x14 snare! Steel shell with 8 lugs. This shows signs of use with scratches, pitting, and some rust throughout. Chrome is flaking a little in some spots. No dents or other issues. Throw off is 100% functioning! Heads and wires are original. They show wear, but do have play left!
