    Nitrocellulose based Mohawk M113-1406 Stringed Instrument Lacquer (formerly Behlen B104-1406) has been specifically formulated as a high quality finish for thin, flexible tonewoods such as those used on stringed instruments. It is made to withstand the characteristic expansion and contraction of stringed instruments, and rubs to a beautiful high gloss finish.
    Flexible by nature, Vinyl Sealer is the only sealer that should be used under Stringed Instrument Lacquer. The combination yields great sound and empowers luthiers to finish their handiwork with confidence. This aerosol finish makes it possible to apply a professional finish without a spray gun.
