Note #1:
These Simms Fly Fishing Pants are size XXL.  The measurements are 42 X 32. I have found that Simms pants tend to run on the small size in the waste. These pants have a 42 inch waste. There is elastic on both sides which allows the waste to expand to 44 inches. Nice pants. Too small for me.  In the waste, these pants fit like an XL in the other Columbia fishing pants I have.
Note #2:
I did not wear these pants. They looks like new because they haven't been worn.

These pants do NOT have the removable lower legs.
Note #4:
These pants have snaps so that the lower leg fabric can be adjusted to fit tight around the ankles.
This auction is for a pair of Simms COR3 Fly Fishing Pants. Simms makes high quality clothing for use on the water or for hiking. These pants are made from Nylon. They are lite weight. The condition is excellent. No sign of use. No stains, No stitching problems. They look new.  They just don't fit me. I compare these to an XL size rather than the XXL size on the SIMMS tag. They measure 42 X 32. See info in Note #1 above.
