    Description

    This vintage punch needle embroidery piece is quite old, probably dating to the early 1900s.  The fabric is a natural color linen which is dark like the first photo - it shows lighter in the other photos.  Yarn appears to be wool.  There is fraying on the edges but my measurements go up to the fraying.  Width is 20" and height is 17.25".  There are some loose/unsecured threads as shown in the photos.  The last photo shows what the very neat back looks like.  This would make a lovely pillow or could be framed - whatever you decide!  Thanks for stopping by.
