This vacuum was only purchased and used for a photo shoot. It works perfectly and the canister is still pretty much flawless.
We generally ship out all orders the same business day, unless if it is the weekend or the order was placed after 12 PM EST. Prior to sending out we will use our recording system to record and retain evidence for up to six months to protect you in the event of an insurance claim for damage, theft or fraud. We will work with local authorities to ensure that your package is received in the description we provide.
If you wish to purchase additional items from our marketplace, we are welcome to discounting and/or combining shipping charges, if any. And as always, we welcome local pickups - where we can completely waive shipping fees and in some cases, offer a partial credit should you be able to pickup directly from our storage unit.
Due to the nature of this item, if you decide to return this item back to us, while we do offer a 30 day period for returns, we reserve the right to charge a 25% restocking fee if the condition received back is not exactly as we sent out. If there is damage that was not documented prior to shipment and you are unable to assist with an insurance claim or file the necessary reports of your locality, we reserve the right to charge a 50% restocking fee (highest allowable in accordance with eBay terms).
