antique/vintage European brass snare drum (French,German)

Description

I do not have much info about this drum.  I believe it to be French or German design.  It is brass.  Late 1800's-early 1900's most likely.
No snare wires or snare assembly.  See photos for condition and what is included with thsi drum.
