    Condition: Vintage Condition. Please Review all photos. I have wiped the item down but there is still some dust build up in the deeper creases of item. Noted some rusting to the railings, screws on bottom, and the rod connecting tires. One side has a missing railing and part of that platform piece has broken off. This item is UNTESTED and SOLD AS IS.
