1950s to 1960s era. New old store stock in original packaging!  Packages reads men's size 10.5". 4 pairs for .00! 2 pairs of mustard/gold, 1 pair of either dark brown or black, 1 pair of dark green. The bag has broken open at bottom (photo #7), but still in perfect condition. Great Mod/businessman colors, Probably all polyester or nylon.
